Affordability: includes treatment costs for the individual, household or family. A distinction is made between direct, indirect and opportunity costs. (Hausmann-Muela & all, 2003)
Equity in the Resource Allocation ; Distribution of health resources considering the relationship between individual and collective needs. Resources are designated first to those who have less, to avoid or minimize the unfair differences between human groups.(DeCS)
Health Equity ; Opportunity to attain full health potential and no one is disadvantaged from achieving this potential because of their social position or other socially determined circumstance. (MeSH2016)
HEALTH FRACTION ; denotes the balance between strains and resources. A person can become sick, when strains are larger than resources, if the person is unable to restore the balance by reducing strains or increasing resources. The model is derived from theories of stress, psychosomatics, and psychotherapy. The GP's/FP's task is to assist people in restoring the balance, not only by diminishing the negative sides but perhaps even more by strengthening the positive sides.(Woncadic)
